All U.S. domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days via UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Because every piece VALLEY offers is vintage and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

Each piece is individually sourced, carefully inspected, measured, photographed, and described as accurately as possible. Vintage clothing naturally carries signs of age and character, and any notable wear will always be disclosed in the product description.

We encourage our community to review all measurements, descriptions, and photos carefully before purchasing. We're always happy to answer questions or provide additional measurements to help you make a confident decision before you purchase. 

This intentional approach helps us preserve unique vintage pieces, minimize unnecessary shipping, and support a more mindful way of shopping.
